Reality, Virtually, Hackathon!

It is a world's biggest VR/AR hackathon that was held annually at the MIT Media Lab, each time hosting aroud 700 participants, showcasing unprecedent diversity and impact. Invitation to organizing team was a big honor for me and I consider this experience and opportunity to learn as one of the most influential in my life. One of my contributions to organization was desining team’s  workspaces and their master layout. When 700 people rush into the Media Lab to engage into 72 hour non stop development of innovative products using many different technologies there are a lot of clashing technical requirements for their desired workspaces. My job was to use participants data from current year applications andd last years feedback to design and implement a solution for most effective distribution of different workspaces. Another contribution was to develop sponsor integration mechanics that would be meaningful for the sponsors, participants and hackathon goals.  More info on the website
